Oversized & Freight Items

Some large or heavy items may ship via a freight or pallet carrier rather than standard parcel delivery.

Freight deliveries are curbside by default, meaning the driver delivers to the curb or driveway.

A delivery appointment may be scheduled with you in advance depending on the carrier.

Please inspect the item carefully before signing the delivery receipt.

If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at contact@kenemi.com.

Freight transit times may be longer than standard delivery, typically 3–7 business days depending on location.

Multiple Addresses

We do not support multiple shipping addresses in a single order. For multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

Order Status & Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days, email us at contact@kenemi.com with your name and order number.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. We accept both defective and non-defective items, including products in new condition.

Please contact us at contact@kenemi.com before sending anything back. Do not return items without prior approval.

Once approved, please ship your return using a trackable and insured shipping method.

You will receive a refund after your return is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

No restocking fees are charged.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and a photo. Depending on the situation, we may send a replacement or issue a refund.
