Manufacturer Warranty

All products sold on Kenemi are covered under the original manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Kenemi is an authorized dealer for the brands we sell. Warranties, including what is covered, the duration of coverage, and how to obtain service, are determined by the manufacturer. Your rights under applicable U.S. consumer law remain unaffected by any manufacturer warranty terms.

Warranty Coverage Includes

How to Request Warranty Service

Please provide your order number, full name used for purchase, description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable.

Our support team will liaise with the manufacturer to submit a warranty claim on your behalf. In many cases, the manufacturer may provide warranty service directly for quicker resolution.

Replacement Parts

Some manufacturers may replace the unit entirely, while others may only provide replacement parts.

In such cases, parts may be sent directly to the customer, and installation may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product documentation or warranty terms specify otherwise.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

Warranty claim postage costs will follow manufacturer policy. Some manufacturers cover the cost of returning defective parts, while others may ask the customer to cover return postage.

We will always communicate this clearly before you proceed.

Warranty Limitations

Unless stated otherwise, Kenemi does not offer separate extended warranties.

We do not change the terms of manufacturer warranties.
